2019 Eat Think Vote Campaign a Success

Leading up to the2019 Canadian federal election, organizations and volunteer groups from across the country hosted events to discuss why food is an election issue. The Food Secure Canada Campaign, Eat Think Vote, brought together election candidates and community members alike to talk about food, health, poverty, agriculture, education and how they fit into the candidate’s platform. 

In Toronto, there were four Eat Think Vote events hosted by the Stop Community Food Centre, Greenest City and the Parkdale Residents Association, the Toronto Youth Food Policy Council and the Regent Park Community Food Centre.
